Édouard Charles Philippe (French: [edwaʁ ʃaʁl(ə) filip] ; born 28 November 1970) is a French politician serving as mayor of Le Havre since 2020, previously holding the office from 2010 to 2017. He was prime minister of France from 2017 to 2020 under President Emmanuel Macron.
