The 1962 Vallès floods took place on 25 September 1962, mainly in the comarca of Vallès Occidental and to a less extent in Vallès Oriental and Barcelonès. The flood was caused by a cold drop (gota freda) with heavy rain, overflowing the Llobregat and Besòs rivers.
