2012 West Liberty tornado

On March 2, 2012, a powerful, long-lived and deadly tornado tore across eastern Kentucky and western West Virginia in the eastern United States, through the Cumberland and Allegheny Plateau regions of the western Appalachian Mountains. It was one of several tornadoes rated EF3 on the Enhanced Fujita scale during a large and deadly tornado outbreak across the Ohio River Valley.
