2013 Albanian parliamentary election

Parliamentary elections were held in Albania on 23 June 2013 to elect all 140 members of the Parliament of Albania. The election produced a decisive victory for the Alliance for a European Albania, led by the Socialist Party of Albania and its chairman Edi Rama, which won 83 seats and ended eight years of Democratic Party government.
