2015 state visit by Xi Jinping to the United States

Xi Jinping, the general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and president of China, paid a state visit to the United States from September 22 to 28, 2015. It was his seventh visit to the United States and his first visit after succeeding as CCP general secretary in 2012.
