2017 Estonian administrative reforms

The 2017 Estonian administrative reform (Estonian: Eesti omavalitsuste haldusreform) was a territorial administrative reform resulting in new administrative units in Estonia. In general, old units incorporated voluntarily, but in some cases incorporations were forced by state powers.
