The 2017 NBA Finals was the championship series of the National Basketball Association's (NBA) 2016–17 season and conclusion of the season's playoffs. In this best-of-seven series, and a rematch of the 2016 NBA Finals, the Western Conference champion Golden State Warriors defeated the Eastern Conference champion and defending champion Cleveland Cavaliers four games to one for their second title in three years, and fifth overall.
