The 2024 NCAA Division II men's basketball tournament was a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division II college basketball in the United States, the culmination of the 2023–24 NCAA Division II men's basketball season. The tournament again featured 64 teams, with teams placed into one of eight geographically oriented, eight-team regionals.
