2024 University of Oxford Chancellor election

The 2024 University of Oxford election for the position of Chancellor became necessary upon the resignation of the incumbent Chancellor, Chris Patten. Applications for the role closed on 4 September 2024 and the list of accepted candidates was announced on 16 October.
