January 2025 Saudi Hospital attack

On 24 January 2025, the Rapid Support Forces hit the Saudi Maternal Teaching Hospital in El Fasher with drones while they were attacking Sudanese Armed Forces positions in the city. The attack left at least 70 people dead and was condemned internationally.
