2025–26 South-West Indian Ocean cyclone season

The 2025–26 South-West Indian Ocean cyclone season was an active and very destructive South-West Indian Ocean cyclone season. Although only 2 storms did measurable damage, it was the third costliest on record, mainly due to Cyclone Gezani, which itself became the costliest cyclone in Madagascar’s history.
