Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz defeated Jannik Sinner in the final, 4–6, 6–7(4–7), 6–4, 7–6(7–3), 7–6(10–2) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2025 French Open. It was his second French Open title and fifth major title overall.
