2026 Greater Manchester mayoral by-election

The 2026 Greater Manchester mayoral by-election will be held on 30 July 2026 to elect the Mayor of Greater Manchester. The by-election was triggered by Andy Burnham's disqualification from the post after winning the 2026 Makerfield by-election and thus becoming a member of Parliament.
