The Abkhazian Armed Forces (Abkhaz: Абџьарирқәу Амҷқәа Аԥсны; Russian: Вооружённые силы Абхазии) are the military forces of Abkhazia. The forces were officially created on 12 October 1992, after the outbreak of the 1992–1993 war with Georgia.
