Achrafieh (Arabic: الأشرفية, romanized: al-ʾAshrafīyeh) is an upper-class area in eastern Beirut, Lebanon. In strictly administrative terms, the name refers to a sector (secteur) centred on Sassine Square, the highest point in the city, as well as a broader quarter (quartier).
