Following is a list of accidents and incidents Aeroflot experienced in the 1940s. The deadliest event the Soviet Union's flag carrier went through in the decade occurred in November 1941 (1941-11), when a Lisunov PS-84 crashed in Lake Ladoga following an attack by a German fighter.
