Alexander Pavlovich Serebrovsky (Russian: Александр Павлович Серебровский; 25 December [O.S. 13 December] 1884 – 10 February 1938) was a Russian revolutionary and Soviet petroleum and mining engineer nicknamed the "Soviet Rockefeller". == Biography == Serebrovsky was born in Ufa to the wealthy family of an exiled member of Narodnaya Volya, the organization responsible for the assassination of Tsar Alexander II in 1881.
