Dame Alison Marie Rose-Slade (née Rose; born November 1969) is a British banker. She was chief executive of NatWest Group from November 2019 to July 2023 and the first woman to lead a major lender in the UK. She was appointed a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the 2023 New Year Honours.
