Anti-Müllerian hormone

Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), also known as Müllerian-inhibiting factor (MIF), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the AMH gene. AMH is a glycoprotein hormone that belongs to the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) superfamily, which also includes inhibin and activin.
