The Baṛ Region, or the Baṛs (Bār) (Punjabi: بار (Shahmukhi); Punjabi pronunciation: [bäːɾə̆]), is an upland plain region of historically uncultivated tracts between rivers located between the Jhelum and the Sutlej in the Punjab region of Pakistan. It includes several subregions such as Kirana Bar, Sandal Bar, Ganji Bar, and Neeli Bar.
