Bara massacre

The Bara massacre was a caste based incident that took place in 1992 in Bihar. At midnight on 12–13 February 1992, the Maoist Communist Centre of India (now the Communist Party of India (Maoist)) killed 40 Bhumihars at Bara Village in Gaya district of Bihar, India.
