Belthandros and Chrysantza (Greek: Τα κατά Βέλθανδρον καὶ Χρυσάντζαν or Διήγησις ἐξαίρετος Βελθάνδρου τοῦ Ῥωμαίου) is a Byzantine romance written by an anonymous author in vernacular Greek. The work describes the love story between a young couple: Belthandros and Chrysantza.
