The Bhopal Conference was held at Bhopal in the Hindi Belt state of Madhya Pradesh, India, on 12–13 January 2002. Its purpose was to address issues relating to improvement in the circumstances of the economically- and socially-deprived Dalit and Tribal communities of the state.
