The Bicolano people (Bikol: Mga Bikolnon) are the fourth-largest Filipino ethnolinguistic group. Their native region is commonly referred to as Bicol, which comprises the entirety of the Bicol Peninsula and neighboring minor islands, all in the southeast portion of Luzon.
