Bigos

Bigos (Polish pronunciation: [ˈbʲiɡɔs] ), or hunter's stew, is a Polish dish of chopped meat of various kinds stewed with sauerkraut, shredded fresh cabbage and spices. It is served hot and can be enriched with additional vegetables and wine.
