Brazilian Carnival
The Carnival of Brazil (Portuguese: Carnaval do Brasil, IPA: [kaʁnaˈvaw]) is an annual festival. The celebrations occur for five days before Ash Wednesday at noon, to mark the beginning of Lent, the forty-day period before Easter.
