British Forces casualties in Afghanistan (2001–2021)

The British Armed Forces were militarily involved in Afghanistan between 2001 and 2021 as part of an international coalition in the War in Afghanistan (2001–2021). The United Kingdom was one of the first countries to take part in the American-led Operation Enduring Freedom against the Taliban regime, its first combat operation being Operation Veritas (2001–02), afterwards followed by Operation Herrick (2002–14), which lasted for 13 years and represents the bulk of Britain's involvement.
