The Burkhan Khaldun (Mongolian: Бурхан Халдун [pʊ́rχaɴ‿χáɬtʊɴ]) is one of the Khentii Mountains in the Khentii Province of northeastern Mongolia. The mountain or its locality is believed to be the birthplace of Genghis Khan as well as his tomb.
