Burdick v. Takushi

Burdick v. Takushi, 504 U.S. 428 (1992), was a U.S. Supreme Court case in which the court held that various Hawaii laws which worked to effectively prohibit write-in voting were not in violation of the First Amendment and the Fourteenth Amendment.
