Burmese fritters, known in Burmese as a-kyaw (အကြော် [ʔət͡ɕɔ̀]), are traditional fritters consisting of vegetables or seafood that have been battered and deep-fried. Assorted fritters are called a-kyaw-sone (အကြော်စုံ).
