Buspirone/zolmitriptan

Buspirone/zolmitriptan, also known by its developmental code names AV-2860 and JM-010, is a combination of buspirone, a serotonin 5-HT1A receptor partial agonist, and zolmitriptan, a serotonin 5-HT1B, 5-HT1D, 5-HT1E, and 5-HT1F receptor agonist, which is under development for the treatment of drug-induced dyskinesia, specifically levodopa-induced dyskinesia in people with Parkinson's disease. It is taken orally.
