Cam Lộ Combat Base

Cam Lộ Combat Base (also known as Hill 37 or simply Cam Lộ) is a former U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army and Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) base northwest of Quảng Trị in central Vietnam. == History == === 1966–67 === The base was established in the town of Cam Lộ 15 km west of Đông Hà and 20 km (12 mi) northwest of Quảng Trị between Highway 9 and the Miêu Giang or Cam Lộ River only approximately 7 km (4.3 mi) south of the Vietnamese Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).
