Nils Daniel Carl Bildt (born 15 July 1949) is a Swedish politician and diplomat who served as Prime Minister of Sweden from 1991 to 1994 and as leader of the Moderate Party (M) from 1986 to 1999. He served twice as Leader of the Opposition (1986–1991 and 1994–1999).
