Carlos Manuel Brito Leal de Queiroz (born 1 March 1953) is a Portuguese association football manager. He has served as the manager of the national teams of Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Iran, Colombia, Egypt, Qatar, Oman and Ghana, leading South Africa (2002), Portugal (2010), Iran (2014, 2018, 2022) and Ghana (2026) to the FIFA World Cup.
