Caroline Anne Mulroney Lapham (born June 11, 1974) is a Canadian politician, businesswoman, and lawyer who served as the member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for York—Simcoe from 2018 to 2026. A member of the Progressive Conservative Party (PC), she served in the Ford ministry in several positions.
