Catherine's Cathedral, Yekaterinburg

The Catherine Cathedral (also known as the Catherine Mining Cathedral or Cathedral of Saint Great Martyr Catherine; in Russian Екатерининский собор) was a former Orthodox church in Yekaterinburg, initially built as an adobe church during the founding of the fortress and plant in 1723. After a fire in 1747 destroyed the building, a stone church was founded in 1758 and consecrated in 1768.
