Cauchy–Euler operator

In mathematics, a Cauchy–Euler operator is a differential operator of the form p ( x ) ⋅ d d x {\displaystyle p(x)\cdot {d \over dx}} for a polynomial p. It is named after Augustin-Louis Cauchy and Leonhard Euler.
