Cecillia D. Wang (Chinese: 王德棻; pinyin: Wáng Défēn; born 1971) is an American lawyer who is the national legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Previously she directed the ACLU's Center for Democracy, working on immigrants' rights, voting rights, national security and human rights.
