Charles Julius Beerstecher (January 15, 1851 – December 31, 1900) was a German American lawyer, politician and socialist who served as a delegate to California's Second Constitutional Convention from 1878 to 1879, as a member of the California Railroad Commission from 1880 to 1883, and as town attorney of St. Helena from 1894 to 1896.
