Charles R. Moore (minister)

Charles Robert Moore (July 18, 1934 – June 23, 2014) was an American Methodist minister and anti-racist activist. Moore drew attention to himself when he immolated himself in the East Texas town of Grand Saline, an event that became the subject of the 2018 documentary Man on Fire.
