Cherethites and Pelethites

In the Bible, the Cherethites (Hebrew: כְּרֵתִי Kərēṯī) and Pelethites (Hebrew: פְּלֵתִי Pəlēṯī), the former also spelled Kerethites, are two ethnic groups in the Levant. Their identity has not been determined with certainty.
