Verechelen (IPA: [ʋʲɘrʲɛʑʲɘˈlʲɛn]; Chuvash: Вӗрӗҫӗлен Vĕreśĕlen, or Вӗриҫӗлен, Вӗриҫлен, Вриҫлен; Russian: Вереселень), also known as Chuvash dragons, are mythological dragons appearing in the legends of the Chuvash people. They are able to fly, breathe fire, and shapeshift.
