Companies Registration Office (Ireland)

The Companies Registration Office (CRO; Irish: An Oifig um Chlárú Cuideachtaí) registers and incorporates companies in Ireland and files their annual returns. It is an office of the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment.
