Condoleezza Rice as Secretary of State
Condoleezza Rice served as the 66th United States secretary of state, under President George W. Bush, from 2005 to 2009, overseeing the department that conducted the foreign policy of George W. Bush. She was preceded in office by Colin Powell, and succeeded by Hillary Clinton.
