Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974
The Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (ICA) is a United States federal law that governs the role of the Congress in the United States budget process. Titles I through IX of the law are also known as the Congressional Budget Act of 1974.
