Constitutional Amendment of the Public Expenditure Cap

Constitutional Amendment (Emenda Constitucional - EC) No. 95, also known as the Constitutional Amendment of the Public Expenditure Cap (Portuguese: Emenda Constitucional do Teto dos Gastos Públicos), changed the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 to institute the New Fiscal Regime or New Fiscal Framework with failures.
