Counties of Hungary (1000–1920)

A county (Hungarian: vármegye 'castle-county' or megye) is the name of a type of administrative unit in Hungary. This article deals with counties in the former Kingdom of Hungary from the 10th century until the Treaty of Trianon of 1920.
