The Critical Assessment of Genome Interpretation (CAGI) is an annual bioinformatics competition focused on interpretation of genome variation. CAGI experiments are modeled on the protocols developed in the Critical Assessment of Structure Prediction (CASP) program, adapted to the genomics domain.
