Ellen Rae Greenberg (June 23, 1983 – January 26, 2011) was an American woman who died after sustaining 20 stab wounds. Her death was officially ruled a suicide despite the 20 stab wounds (10 to her back and neck) and 11 bruises, sparking extensive debate as to whether the cause of death was actually homicide.
