Devin Gerald Nunes (; born October 1, 1973) is an American businessman and politician who has served as the chair of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board since January 20, 2025. A member of the Republican Party, Nunes was first the U.S. representative for California's 21st congressional district from 2003 to 2013, and then California's 22nd congressional district from 2013 to 2022.
